How to Join ACCCCS
Complete the Membership Application (see options for doing so below) and submit it to the ACCCCS Treasurer along with the annual dues. Once your application and dues are received, you will be added to the membership roster and subscribed to the listserve.
Option #1: PRINT the application form, manually complete it and send it in by downloading here
Option #2: COMPLETE the application form electronically and submit it by e-mail by downloading here
If you are replacing a current ACCCCS representative from your institution, simply send an updated application to the ACCCCS Treasurer with the following information: timeline, former ACCCCS representative and new ACCCCS representative.
